Studio Policies
At Lynn Panting Dance, our policies are designed to support a safe, focused, and respectful environment for all dancers. These guidelines help ensure clarity, consistency, and a positive experience for our entire community.
Studio Conduct
All dancers are expected to:
Treat instructors and peers with respect
Follow instructions and remain attentive in class
Maintain awareness of personal space
Contribute to a positive and supportive environment
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from class.
Attendance & Punctuality
Dancers are expected to arrive on time and ready to begin
Warm-up is an essential part of class and helps prevent injury
If a dancer arrives late, they should enter quietly and join when appropriate
Consistent attendance supports both individual progress and group work
Parent & Guardian Policy
Parents do not attend classes
Wee Dance dancers (ages 3–5) may have a parent/guardian present
This structure supports focus, safety, and dancer independence
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Classes run on a tight schedule—please ensure dancers are dropped off and picked up on time
Dancers should arrive prepared, with all necessary items
Early drop-off is not available unless arranged in advance
Personal Belongings & Studio Care
Keep personal items organized and out of shared spaces
Label all belongings clearly
Clean up after yourself
Respect studio equipment and report any damage
