What to Expect for Dancers and Families
We are so excited to welcome you to another season at Lynn Panting Dance!
Whether you're returning to the studio or stepping into your first dance class with us, this year is already buzzing with possibility.
This post will give you an overview of what to expect this fall.
Classes That Grow With Your Dancer
At LPD, we believe dance is for every body. That means our classes are built to meet students where they are, regardless of their previous experience. We focus on:
Technique and Creativity: We balance strong technical foundations with plenty of room for personal expression and improvisation.
Confidence and Community: Our teachers nurture confidence, curiosity, and kindness in the studio. We love to see dancers cheering one another on.
Consistency with Flexibility: Our teaching team is made up of trained educators who understand how to create structure while adapting to individual needs.

Tuesday, September 30 – Studio Closed for National Truth and Reconciliation Day
October 2025
Monday, October 13 – Studio Closed for Thanksgiving
October 25–31 – Costume Week
November 2025
Tuesday, November 11 – Studio Closed for Remembrance Day
December 2025
December 8–13 – PJ Week
Monday, December 15 to Sunday, January 4 – Holiday Break (Studio Closed) Classes resume Monday, January 5.

A Few Reminders for a Great Year
Arrive a few minutes early to help your dancer settle in.
Label all dancewear and shoes.
Let us know if your dancer is feeling overwhelmed, nervous, or needs additional support, we’re here to help.
