Adult Beginner 6-Week Sessions
Our Adult Beginner 6-Week Sessions are designed for adults who are new to dance, returning after time away, or looking for a welcoming, low-pressure way to move.
Each session builds progressively over six weeks, allowing you to gain confidence, develop skills, and enjoy the process without a long-term commitment.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
