Snow Day at LPD, February 18

With today’s weather, all Lynn Panting Dance classes on Wednesday, February 18 are canceled.

We hope everyone enjoys a cozy snow day.

Recital Season is Around the Corner

As we move toward recital season, we’ll be gently shifting our expectations in the studio to support independence, focus, and confidence.

Excellent attendance is strongly encouraged from this point forward. Consistency is what allows dancers to feel secure in their choreography, spacing, and performance quality.

Beginning March 1st, Wee Dancers should attend class without their parents. This is an important step in their growth. Recital day requires them to manage transitions and trust themselves and this small shift now makes a big difference later.

As always, we are here to support every dancer through that process.

Community Spotlight: Groundwork Dance Festival

I’m also excited to share that Untellable Movement Theatre and Cameo are launching the very first Groundwork Dance Festival this April at the LSPU Hall. It’s a two-day festival designed to create professional performance opportunities for movement artists in our community.
